Questions about Mesa County criminal records must go to the office that created or maintains the requested document. This private reference site cannot retrieve, correct, certify, or remove government records. The contacts below distinguish Sheriff's arrest and detention files from court case records and statewide Colorado criminal history, helping a requester avoid sending personal details to the wrong place.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Route a request by record type and custodian:

  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Mesa County sheriff's records unit
  • Official background checks: order through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Adult sealing or juvenile expungement: use the Colorado Judicial Branch process and file with the proper court
